Born and raised in Northland, Clive graduated from Auckland University in 1974. He has practiced in Dargaville, Auckland and now Whangarei. After starting out in Auckland as a graduate he then spent 6 years practising in Dargaville before taking a break from the law to be a full time farmer in the area. He then returned to the law in Auckland and since 1988 has practised as a commercial lawyer with an emphasis on property acquisitions, leasing, farming and tax effective business structures. His clients range from farming through to high fashion, international yachting and the hospitality industries.
Clive’s specialty area of interest is now in farming related matters and business structures. This particularly relates to farming transactions, business structures and estate planning.
