Receptionist/Legal Secretary

The role:

We have an opportunity available to join our close-knit team and new office in Warkworth, in this busy, varied and fast-paced role. Our clients are at the heart of what we do, and as the first and last person they see when they visit us, you will play a pivotal role in their client experience. This is a hybrid Reception/Legal Secretary role, therefore no two days will ever be the same!

Responsibilities:

  • Client care/Reception duties
  • Working closely with your internal team
  • Phone/message responsibilities
  • Email management
  • Legal Secretary duties such as document preparation and AML requirements
  • General administration duties
  • Office management such as general cleaning and ordering of supplies

Skills and experience:

While previous administration experience would be great, we are more focused on finding the 'right' person, who will have;

  • Extraordinary people skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • The desire to learn and be proactive
  • Master multitasking abilities

  • General Administration duties
  • Supporting the wider Business Services Team

Skills and experience:

While previous reception experience would be great, it's not essential for the right person who will have:

Legal Executive/Lawyer

The role:

We are looking for an experienced Legal Executive or lawyer, with a keen interest in Property. In this Kerikeri-based role, you will be working within our close-knit team, yet be supported by the wider WRMK network. This is a varied generalist role, with a focus on property given the nature of the province. You will consult directly with our valued clients and become their trusted advisor.

Skills and experience:

  • Junior/intermediate/senior legal or legal executive experience
  • Experience with conveyancing a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and can present confidently to clients

The role:

In this role, you will be working across our talented Commercial and Asset Planning teams, predominately focusing on a broad range of commercial and business work, including commercial property. In this varied role, you will also be involved in asset planning. You will consult directly with our valued clients and become their trusted advisor.

  • Experience in commercial and business law
  • Experience in asset planning an advantage
